Step 2: Book a Consultation
Schedule a free consultation call with me, where we'll: 1) define where you are at and where you want to be; 2) uncover the challenges currently in the way; 3) identify action steps; and, ultimately, 4) determine if we're a good fit to work together.

Step 3: Commit to the Journey
We will embark on a 12-week journey, consisting of weekly online sessions.
I do not work on a single-session basis because long-lasting change takes time and commitment. Growth and improvement can be uncomfortable at times, and it's proven to be more effective when clients commit to a complete period, ensuring dedication to the process and the best possible outcomes.
